2.1 Eligibility

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2.3 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Submit artwork or designs that infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
  • Order materials containing illegal, defamatory, obscene, or hateful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
  • Use our services for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose
  • Reproduce, duplicate, or resell our proprietary designs without written permission

3. Orders & Payments

3.1 Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by Relapse Printing & Media LLC. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that we believe may involve fraudulent activity or content that violates our policies.

3.2 Pricing

All prices listed on our website are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.

3.3 Payment

Payment is due at the time of order placement. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.

3.4 Custom Orders

For custom orders, full payment is required before production begins. Once your order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled or refunded except as described in our Refund Policy. By submitting artwork for a custom order, you represent that you have the legal right to use and reproduce that artwork.

4. Artwork & Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork to Relapse Printing & Media LLC, you:

  • Confirm that you own the artwork or have full rights and permissions to reproduce it
  • Grant us a non-exclusive license to print and produce the artwork solely for fulfilling your order
  • Accept full liability for any copyright or trademark infringement claims arising from your submitted artwork

Relapse Printing & Media LLC retains all rights to its own proprietary designs, logos, and brand assets. Our original designs may not be copied, reproduced, or used without explicit written permission.

5. Production & Turnaround

Stated turnaround times are estimates and begin after artwork approval, not at time of order placement. We are not responsible for delays caused by customer artwork revisions, holidays, shipping carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control. Rush order availability is not guaranteed and must be confirmed before ordering.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to all 50 US states. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damage caused by shipping carriers. Local pickup is available — contact us to arrange.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Relapse Printing & Media LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in North Carolina.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
