At Relapse Printing & Media LLC, we stand behind the quality of every product we produce. If something isn’t right with your order, we want to make it right. Please read our refund policy carefully so you know what to expect.

1. Defective or Incorrect Items

We will provide a full replacement or refund if your order:

  • Arrives with a printing defect (smearing, fading, misalignment, incorrect colors)
  • Is the wrong item, wrong size, or wrong quantity from what you ordered
  • Arrives damaged due to packaging failure

Timeframe: You must report defective or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. To process your claim, email us at info@relapseprintingmediallc.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the defect or incorrect item
  • Description of the issue

Upon verification, we will reprint and reship your order at no charge or issue a full refund β€” your choice.

2. Custom & Personalized Orders

Because custom and personalized products are made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Customer-approved artwork that was printed correctly
  • Orders where the customer provided incorrect artwork, spelling errors, or wrong specifications
  • Size exchanges where the correct size was shipped as ordered
  • Change of mind after production has begun

This is why we always send a proof for approval before production. Please review your proof carefully before approving.

3. Ready-to-Ship Merchandise

For ready-to-ship (non-custom) merchandise from our store, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Item must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

4. Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests are handled based on production status:

  • Before production begins: Full refund issued within 3–5 business days
  • After artwork approval / production started: 50% restocking/production fee applies
  • After production is complete: No cancellation or refund available

To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at 980-470-5910 or info@relapseprintingmediallc.com. Production on rush orders may begin within hours of order placement.

5. Commercial Printing (Flyers, Business Cards, etc.)

For commercial print products:

  • Reprints or refunds are offered only if the product has a printing defect or we made an error
  • We are not responsible for typos, incorrect information, or design errors in customer-approved files
  • Color variations between digital proofs and printed output are normal due to screen calibration differences and are not considered defects

6. Shipping Issues

If your order is:

  • Lost in transit: Contact us and we will file a claim with the carrier and either reship or refund your order
  • Damaged in transit: Keep all packaging and contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery
  • Returned to sender due to incorrect address: Customer is responsible for re-shipping fees

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed as follows:

  • Credit/debit card refunds: 5–10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal refunds: 3–5 business days
  • Store credit: issued immediately upon refund approval

We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.
